R.- It is required that at least one of the authors pay the registration fee once the paper has been accepted.
2.- How do I pay the registration fee for the congress?
R.- Once the paper is accepted in the congress, you will be able to make the registration and at the end of the registration you will receive by mail the account number and reference number to make the payment.
3.- When I am going to upload the registration payment, it asks me for the registration folio, but I have two folios, which one do I use?
A.- When you register your paper, you receive the paper folio. If the paper is accepted, you register and the second folio is your registration folio, and at the time of uploading the payment to the platform you use that second folio, the registration folio.
4.- What is the maximum number of papers I can present?
A.- Only two papers per author may be presented.
5.- Who will receive speaker's diplomas?
A.- All the authors of the paper presented will receive a diploma, as long as at least one of them has registered and paid the corresponding payment.
6.- When will I receive my speaker's diploma?
A.- The link to download the diploma electronically and individually for each author will be sent to the registered e-mail as of July 14, 2025. It should be noted that at least one author must present the paper at the congress in order to receive the diplomas of all authors.
7.- What will be the presentation modality in this congress?
R.- The XI edition of the CIIEFN will only have a virtual modality, presenting the papers remotely.
8.- What platform will be used to present the papers of the congress?
R.- The official platform of the XI CIIEFN will be MS Teams, a link will be provided so that you can join and present the papers.
9.- If I have never used the MS Teams platform, how can I be sure that I will not have problems?
A.- Prior to the congress there will be an audio and video test session, where you will also be explained how to connect and how to share a screen.
10.- How do I carry out the rights endorsement procedure?
A.- The person who uploaded the paper on the platform must electronically sign the letter of endorsement on behalf of all the authors.
11.- Will my paper be published in a journal?
A.- The papers accepted to be presented at the congress, after an endorsement of rights sent electronically, will be published in the journal Vinculatégica EFAN as long as they meet the established quality requirements of the journal and at least one author has attended the presentation of the corresponding paper at the congress.
12.-How do I send the presentation file (PowerPoint) of the paper?
A.- It is necessary to use the presentation template included in the page. The upload presentation section will provide the space for you to upload your presentation to the platform in PowerPoint format. In addition to this, the author is asked to have his presentation ready on the desktop or a USB to present it, in case there is a problem, someone from the technical team will use the presentation that was uploaded to the platform.
13.- How many working days are required to get my invoice?
A.- Once you have uploaded your proof of payment to the platform, it takes us about 10 working days to get your invoice considering that you correctly included your reference at the time of payment.
